Terms of Service

Effective 6 October 2026 These terms set the conditions of the conversational travel concierge service (the "service") that RAFA ("we") provides. By signing in to the service you agree to them.

1. What the service is

The service has two parts: asking and choosing, which you do in conversation, and acting, where a member of our staff makes, changes or cancels a booking on your behalf once you have confirmed it. The AI answers; anything a person did for you is marked as such in the conversation. The service is in beta. Features and screens may change without notice, and the service may be paused from time to time.

2. Your account

You use the service by signing in with Google, Kakao or a passkey. You are responsible for keeping your account and your sign-in method safe, and you must tell us at once if you learn that someone else has used your account.

3. Fees

Asking and recommendations are free. When we act for you, for instance by making a booking, a fee applies. The fee and its amount are stated in the conversation before we act, and it is charged only after you confirm. What you pay the venue itself is separate from our fee.

4. What we ask of you

Keep to the law and to these terms. Do not infringe anyone's rights, interfere with the running of the service, or ask for a booking with false details. We may limit the use of the service by anyone who does.

5. Limits of the AI's answers and our liability

The AI's answers are information for your reference and are not guaranteed to be accurate or current. Facts such as opening hours, prices and availability are confirmed by our staff when we act. Unless we acted wilfully or with gross negligence, we are not liable for a decision you made on the strength of an AI answer. A venue we booked for you is responsible for its own service. We are responsible for passing on and confirming the booking.

6. Your content and our property

The text, files and recordings you put into a conversation remain yours. You allow us to process them to provide the service and to improve it. The service's software, design and marks are ours.

7. Changes, suspension and ending

We may change or stop all or part of the service, and we announce an important change inside the service. You may end your use at any time by deleting your account.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Raise any dispute about the service with us first at contact@rafa.voyage; one that is not resolved goes to the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may change during the beta. A changed text is published on this page with its effective date, and continuing to use the service after that is agreement to it.
